Greenie Greenstein provided excellent advice throughout our effort to purchase a lot suitable for our needs. He had several recommendations for utilities services and builders in the local area. He was very informative and knowledgeable with the surrounding area. We plan to use the suggested companies to clear the lot and get estimates from the builders as well. We used the legal services he recommended and the process went well. Better communication on expectations could have been more concise. All in all, we would definitely recommend Greenie Greenstein to any future buyer we know coming to the Myrtle Beach area.
