When buying a high end home if you are looking for a realtor who truly does have a team behind her Gloria is the one. In our case Gloria's experts found a potentially expensive Building Code violation in the dream home we were looking to buy. She negotiated with the skills of an United Nations ambassador and ensured that the Seller stayed true to his word and completed tens of thousands of dollars of work order items. She arranged and attended on multiple follow ups with a highly qualified inspector and did not release funds until every last item was completed. I feel like I hired a team of experts when I hired Gloria. And just because we have the same last name does not mean I treat her any lightly than I would any other professional under retainer. Gloria simply is the very best - the ultimate in what has come to be known as a modern day connected Realtor.
