Ginnie kept on top of things so well that when I’d ask about something, like a termite inspection for example, she’d already have it scheduled. The people she chooses to work with her buyers all went above and beyond with quick responses to questions, changes needed, and everything else that pops up unexpectedly when buying a home. Hopefully this is our last move but if not we’d definitely use Ginnie again.
Ginnie Freeman was amazing! There is a reason why she is the best. She was extremely patient and kind throughout the whole process. The market is crazy right now and our house took a little longer to sell than I think we thought. Everything that we needed, she took care of in a timely manner and her communication was excellent. She fought for us during the negotiation stage and we walked away happy with our sell.
