I was impressed with Gina's dedication and commitment to selling the house I inherited. Living out of state, I was overwhelmed. She helped me navigate the process. I live in the next state and it was a 2 1/2 hour one way trip to the property. She kept me informed, and even helped out with finding cleaners, handyman,and such as i had no idea of the market. She kept an eye out for problems, and recommended a couple of things I could do to make the property more appealing. Gina was great communicating what was happening ever step of the way. The house sold in a couple of months and I couldn't be happier.
