Gina was incredible to work with. She really cared about every detail—from the professional photos to the weekly updates on online activity, which were actually super interesting and helpful. She kept me updated on every showing and always made sure my place was exactly how I wanted it after—lights off, curtains drawn, A/C set back. She treated my home with real respect, like it was her own.
One thing I really appreciated was that she was present at every single showing, just like I asked. That gave me so much peace of mind. She also dealt with a tough Board and management company and still managed to get everything done on time without stressing me out.
Even when Gina went on vacation, she made sure her office kept her informed—and she still reached out to offer showings so I wouldn’t miss any opportunities while she was away.
Gina also recommended a title agency for our closing, and they did a fantastic job—even with a few complications. It was such a relief not having to shop around or figure that part out on my own.
