The only downside I can say I’m sure you hear from everybody is the very high cost of commissions not that they all go to Gina, we sold in four days and would’ve hope that they would’ve discounted us a little more for that but that’s where we are and we are happy and we will recommend Gina to whomever is seeking sales real sales of their home.
