I found a property that I absolutely did love and although this was not one of Ginas’ listings and was not a high-end property, she was attentive at every step and provided her expertise and guidance when another buyer entered the picture. Ultimately, my offer was accepted, and I purchased my forever retirement home. Gina was by my side from initial showing, making my down payment, coordinating efforts with the listing agent and the legal team, arranging the final walk-through, to my seamless, issue-free settlement. She was nothing short of amazing from introduction to key possession, especially as many of these steps were conducted remotely while I was still living in Florida coordinating my move. Gina is the best realtor ever!
