Gina was always professional, prompt in answering my questions, keeping me informed and she managed my stress. This is a tough market, we ran into some typical condominium weirdness and Gina was always there to lend her expertise, in the real estate market, but for me selling a condo, which I haven't had to navigate through in the past. She and even a colleague held open houses almost every Sunday and never got discouraged, even when there was little traffic. Some of the open houses were better and she followed up with every single person to gage interest, get feedback and a sale. She updated me on how fickle sellers were in this market and never stopped smiling. She was open to suggestions and offered plenty of her own. Her suggestion to have the seller (me) offer a interest paydown upon sale, may have been what finally worked!
