It was a wonderful experience working with Gennifer! She was very patient with our large family group looking for a vacation home, and worked with us within our limited time frame. Gennifer was always professional and extremely helpful and attentive to all of our wants and needs! We would highly recommend Gennifer to help you find your dream home like she did for our family! Thank you, Gennifer!
Gennifer really worked with us to get a great monthly summer rental 2023 in Ventnor. She was even able to negotiate some rent savings for us unilaterally. Very good to work with, kept good records, gave us good guidance and was always on time to give us tours. I think she is a great agent for rentals and that would extend to sales too IMHO
Gennifer offered a critical insiders view of living in the AC/Ventnor/Margate area and her expert realtor insights. The result was an essentially flawless closing on a wonderful place to live. Thanks Gennifer!
Excellent experience working with Genn! I've bought and sold about 6 houses, so I was pretty comfortable doing this again. But this time, it was not so easy because of issues with the seller - multiple issues. But, Genn never 'disappeared'; she was always availble every step of the way. Her advice was always on target; she always had my back. She is very knowledgeable about homes where I was looking. Ultimately, Genn found me my house and it is perfect for me! I don't plan on moving again, but if I did, I'd want Genn as my realtor.
Gennifer was an amazing realtor , she works from her heart ? Your issue is her issue that’s how she works . She pays attention to every detail, she isn’t going to just try to sell you a house . Gennifer will Make sure you find the Home you want and won’t let anyone undermine your intelligence. I have learned so much from Gennifer and she will always be honest even if you don’t want to hear it . She has strong work ethics and she is a sincere kind and humble human being . I have to emphasize Gennifer doesn’t sell you a house she finds you a Home.
I've known and worked with Genn for years and can’t recommend her highly enough. Beyond the diligence and acumen that Genn brings to the fore, Genn’s care about her clients is what really sets her apart. Very much looking forward to my next chance to work with Genn again.
Gennifer took good care of us and sold our condo quickly. She’s attentive to detail and works hard for her clients. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to buy or sell real estate at the shore.
