real estate price range. And during the sale she kept her attitude always same. I was away most of the
sale period and finally settled near our daughter in Western end of Washington State. She has not changed
a bit. House was staged beautifully staged and as you know it was sold second time around. First buyer had
problem with mortgage application. I did every thing I could to make out house livable, correcting any
defect or nonoperating condition repaired to new buyers satisfaction and I did cooperate with sales process.
