I have known Gay Atkins for many years and can highly recommend her & her partner Brenda as realtors who have the experience, the personalities, and who provide very personal service!

Gay and Brenda were great to work with

Working with Gay has always been a delight. We have purchased two homes working with her and always felt like we were the only clients she and Brenda were working with. Amazing experience as always! Thank you Gay and Brenda for all you have done.

Gay is a very knowledgeable realtor who is very familiar with the real estate market in this area. My house hasn't sold yet but I know that Gay is working hard to get it sold and to get me the best price possible for my property.

Gay and her team answered questions for me when I initially thought about selling--easy to talk with and no pushing. Once I decided to sell, team was realistic and super responsive throughout process. Everything went great and now I'm using them to buy a home. Very happy with service.

If you want a hands-on Realtor, with extensive expertise in local properties and someone who will stay in touch, do the little things at the last minute to help the sale (like sweeping out the entryway)!!This is your person. I am in another state trying to sell a home in Waterford...she has been on top of everything I needed to consider, change or think through. She reads the market and after over 20 years of working with her on various properties...she has never failed us!!

My husband and I moved to Holden Beach 23 years ago, from Nebraska. We fell in love with the island but did not know anything about beach living, coastal regulations, home construction issues, and the unique characteristics of each local community.

Luckily, we met Gay Atkins, and have benefitted greatly from her in depth experience in coastal real estate, her understanding of the income potential of each property and her ability to match our 'wish list' with the perfect investments. And the bonus is, she is fun to work with!

Gay is an experienced knowledgeable realtor who is easy to work with and always available to answer questions and worked with us throughout our listing process. Pro-Active is in a very visible location where we get the most exposure. You can count on Gay and her staff for excellent service.
