It was amazing 🤩 Frances is incredible!!!

Frances was the best agent! She was very professional, polite and knows her way with the home selling and buying experience. Frances was very supportive when asking what I was looking for in my new home purchase and allowed me to view multiple options. She has also gone above and beyond after my home purchase was complete to ensure everything was correct.

Frances was my real estate agent, and she's excellent. She finds the best option for you and your family, always taking into account each client's wishes. Best of all, she speaks both Spanish and English. I highly recommend her. My family and I are incredibly grateful for her help in finding our new home.

Working with Francis Ibanez has been nothing short of amazing! From day one, she was attentive, available, and made us feel like we were her only clients. Not only did we gain a top-notch Realtor, but we also gained a friend. My wife and I both have demanding jobs, and Francis went above and beyond to wrap her services around our schedules, early mornings, late evenings, and even weekends. Her dedication and flexibility made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Francis is incredibly well-connected, resourceful, and always prepared; she literally has backup plans for her backup plans! If you’re looking for a Realtor who truly cares, communicates, and delivers results, Francis Ibanez with the Chinowth & Cohen Team is the one. We can only wish that everyone could have the exceptional experience we’ve had working with her.

Francis is so dedicated and committed to selling my house that she helped me stage the rooms had a second round of photography because she wanted a better representation of my home, which sold in 9 days! I am so grateful to her for taking time to explain all of real estate documents, they can be confusing. She’s the BEST!!!

I consider her a special person, and as a professional, I see her as very prepared. I take this opportunity to thank her for all the support she provided in our case, and I hope she continues to be so committed to her work. What makes her special is that she is always several steps ahead in everything, willing to help resolve any situation that may arise in the process. I respect her and consider her with great affection.
