My wife and I have worked with Felice twice. When we bought our starter home and when we sold it. Felice has extensive knowledge of the market in Westchester. She calmed and reassured us that we would get our sale done when we hit obstacles. She never refused our calls with queries and they were numerous. She is always on top of her game and pushed our sale through.Thank you Felice for guiding us through all those uncharted waters and we look forward to working with you if we move back your way.
Felice has been very helpful and persistent. She has made suggestions for local stagers and actively marketed our home. We worked with Felice to find a rental unit, a tenant and ultimately to sell our home. She was helpful, knowledgeable and hardworking in each of these processes.Gina H
