I was very happy to have Federica Floris as my real estate agent. She helped me find the perfect home in the exact location that I desired. She is prompt, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. She goes the extra mile to make sure your experience is a great one.

As an international buyer I came to New York to buy an investment property in the West Village. Federica not only helped me find an apartment I loved, but she also got it rented within a short period after closing. She is certainly a knowledgeable and professional New York City Broker that I would not hesitate recommending.
