Faye Gandolfi did a fantastic job of staging, photographing & marketing my home! I would work with her again in a heartbeat! Working with Premier Title Agency was VERY frustrating. The original closing disclosure contained ambiguous questions and I REFUSED to sign the original paper work. It read like a poorly constructed SCAM! The closing disclosure was edited to remove the ambiguities. During closing, the Escrow Officer did not explain the documents very well at all. It had been 24 years since I sold a property, and was unfamiliar with the acronyms & document numbers she was spouting.
