Great communication and teaching for first time home buyers

It’s almost impossible to describe Faith’s role in selling our home, but one thing is for sure: simply calling her our Realtor feels far too simplistic for everything she was to us throughout this process. Our history with Faith began long before we ever thought about selling our home. We knew Faith before we moved to Burlington, through her involvement with Preservation Alamance and our shared love of historic homes. She became our neighbor and our friend, and over the years, someone whose knowledge, perspective, and judgment we deeply trusted. That trust became invaluable as we navigated challenging contractor situations, a long and complex renovation process, and eventually the decision of when and whether the house was ready to go to market. Faith became our eyes and ears on the ground while we had to move to another state. She was our sounding board and our strategist, helping us think through projects, priorities, timing, and countless decisions along the way. Somewhere in all of that, Faith was simultaneously our friend, Realtor, project manager, historic home expert, confidant, unofficial life coach, and even what we lovingly dubbed our pseudo “general contractor” because she somehow always knew what was happening, who was doing what, and what needed to happen next. She wore more hats throughout this process than we could possibly list. What makes Faith especially remarkable is how genuinely knowledgeable and passionate she is about historic homes. She understands that selling an old house isn't the same as selling a newer home. She knows how to appreciate its history and character while also navigating the realities that come with inspections, repairs, buyers, contractors, and negotiations. She never lost sight of what made our home special, even when the process itself became complicated. And then there was the marketing. Faith didn't just put our house on the market. She told its story. The photography and videography, positioning, presentation, and strategy showcased the property beautifully and brought us a full-price offer. There were so many moments throughout this process when Faith's job technically could have ended with, “That's outside my role.” Instead, she consistently helped us figure out what came next. She advocated for us, talked us off ledges, handled things we couldn't handle from hundreds of miles away, and somehow kept everything moving forward. This sale was a journey long before it was a transaction, and we genuinely cannot imagine having gone through it with anyone else. If you have a historic home, or really, any home, you want someone who knows the market, understands the property, thinks strategically, communicates honestly, and truly cares about the outcome. That's Faith. Five stars or 10/10 simply doesn't begin to cover it.

Working with our realtor was an outstanding experience from start to finish. She communicated clearly and consistently, always making sure we understood each step of the process. Her strong knowledge of the market and attention to our specific needs made a real difference in the sale of our home. We always felt well represented and confident in her guidance. We’re grateful for her professionalism and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Faith has helped us buy and sell multiple proprieties at this point and we love working with her. She's responsive and proactive, she's always been easy to schedule with , show with and communicate with.

Faith helped me buy my first home, a condo in Burlington, NC. Working with Faith made a new and uncertain process much more manageable and understandable for me. She is a great guide to real estate market in the area and helped me understand the home-buying process, from the finances to the repair work and other details small and big. She's responsive, patient, and explains everything clearly. She's also pro-active and a strong advocate for her clients. Her team is excellent, and she has really helpful and reliable contacts throughout Guilford and Alamance Counties to help you from inspection through final sale and any necessary repairs. Thank you!
