Evelin has exceeded my expectations since the first time I spoke to her. She managed the sale long distance so that I could stay at home in California with my daughter while Evelin helped with open houses, secured a buyer and coordinated repairs with a team of tradesmen. When I came out to clear out the house, Evelin worked alongside us and helped for nearly 2 full days. Evelin's advice and guidance was priceless. The process was flawless and exceeded my expectation in every way possible. I have been telling all of my clients and anyone I know that if you ever need help in Florida, I have your woman! I have had a rough road getting tasks completed for my uncle with roadblocks in every direction, Evelin redeemed my faith that we can indeed succeed. I can't thank her enough for her hard work, positive attitude and guidance and just overall warmth during a time that could have been so much more difficult.
