During the inspection, an issue arose and Ertuc stayed extra long to negotiate a resolution and make sure we were comfortable. It’s clear he really cares about his clients and does his best to make the home buying process as smooth as possible. Ertuce did a great job selling our house. He was able to get it prepped and ready for showings in less than seven days. Our house was sold and closing took less than 30 days altogether. He negotiated great rates and even free rent back as we were transitioning from property. Also was able to secure multiple over asking offers due to his expertise in properly pricing the houses and market research. He was always, super responsive and quick to act would have him as an agent again and highly recommend.
He is the best realtor I’ve ever seen. He has a lot of knowledge. He helped me to buy my land. Even he spoke with the neighbors to get more information about the land. He is eager to know about the place and try to helped me to purchase with a good price.
