Erin has been a godsend for us looking for a home while living 10 hours away.  She has always been available to answer our many questions, at lightning speed. Erin has helped us through every phase of the process, from showing us homes, making the offer, the mortgage and inspection processes and final closing. Everyone she has recommended through this process have been so easy to work with and completely transparent. We would give Erin 10 stars if we could! Erin, thanks for being our guardian angel!

We recently purchased a home in downtown Wilmington. We can’t recommend Erin Sullivan enough! She was extremely responsive and thorough during the whole process.
