She showed us a variety of lovely homes in our price range, and we really appreciated that she listened to our feedback about each one. Ultimately, this led to us finding our dream home! It’s clear that Erin really loves what she does and genuinely cares about the happiness of her clients. She was so in tune with us at the showings, and could tell immediately when we weren’t a fan of something. We never felt pressured to like a house or judged if we didn’t. She made it her mission to help find the right house for us, specifically. She was always readily available and constantly in communication. She was there to truthfully answer any and all questions, and right from the jump, this whole process became much less daunting because of that. House hunting aside, Erin is an incredible person to be around. Her authenticity was evident immediately and shone through the entire time we worked together. Erin did an outstanding job. I came to Erin after having a bad experience with my first realtor that I have never had happen in 5 transactions of family properties in as many years. Erin was willing to take us out to see properties when it was - 15 degrees to accommodate our tight schedules of flying in town. On the next trip, we managed to see properties in an absolute blizzard, again to accommodate our being in town for only 48 hours. So when I say Erin will go "above and beyond" I mean it! Erin was also very attentive on responding to my texts and calls almost immediately. She had very good ideas on the contract negotiation process that worked out well for us. Lastly, Erin was very thorough in gathering all the inspection reports as well as referring local vendors to assist so that we met all the contingencies. I cannot recommend Erin enough as she was truly outstanding to work with!
