I recently had the pleasure of working with Erika when looking for my home. From day 1, She was extremely responsive and had great suggestions for homes to view based on what I was looking for. All throughout the negotiations and closing Erika was there quickly handling any issues that may have risen. If the time ever comes when you will be looking for a new home, there isn't any question on who my Realtor should be! She is amazing.
She was very out going and made the process of house shopping so much fun. She is just such a great person to be around made me laugh alott and my girlfriend shyann as well. I will definitely be using her again in the future. She did an amazing job.
My boyfriend & I used Erika to help us find our first house. She made our search, and process go by so smooth. She was also always checking in making sure everything was good, and when new houses came out she was on the ball with sending them to us. 1000% would recommend Erika to everyone!!
We started working with Erika about 3 weeks before we were planning to move to PA from a different state. We were expecting a long search because the market is so competitive. Erika was so responsive and organized. After we told her what we were looking for, she set up a list of listings for us to review and comment on, so when we actually moved, we all knew exactly what we were looking for. After looking for only two days (!), Erika found us our dream home!

It was an awesome experience working with Erika she is professional, Friendly, easy to talk to, very organized, and presents a lot of options with properties in the area her clients are looking for. Would not have been able to visit the amount of properties we did with her help if we had done it ourselves. Erika was understanding of the deadline we were looking to move by and she moved in a timely manner to make sure we met those requirements. All around was a great and positive experience glad we had her!
Erika was the main reason we found a home that we are so happy with! Literally couldn’t have do it without her. My partner and I went on many private tours that we never would have been able to on our own. She searched and reached out to so many people until we finally found what we were happy with. She totally understood what we were looking for and did not stop until she made it happen! Could not thank her enough and she is super easy going and fun to be around :)
