I can’t say enough about Erika Bussard she was absolutely wonderful!!!

Working with Erika to buy a home was by far one of my best decisions. As a first time home buyer in the brutal Cincinnati market, I can honestly say I had no idea what I was getting myself into. Not only did she start by taking the time to explain the process and direct me to a fantastic mortgage broker, she proved time and time again that she was here to make this whole process about finding perfect home for me. Erika accompanied me to view over 40 homes in the short time that I was searching, some of which were...we'll go with interesting to say the least! Each time she showed up with a big smile, a plethora of knowledge, and made the experience a lot of fun. She was patient and diligent, and when I FINALLY found my home, she worked hard to make sure that every part of the process went smoothly. I'd work with Erika again in a heartbeat and will continue to recommend her to anyone in search of their dream home!
