Erica was wonderful to work with. My husband and I had never sold a house before but Erica guided us through the whole process from prepping the house for sale to the final closing. Erica was amazing. Also all of the people that she recommended along the way were great. From movers, cleaners to repairmen. We are seniors and needed extra help but any problem we encountered along the way, Erica had an solution. Even our neighbours told us we had picked one good realtor.
