We only have great things to say about Erica Davies. No matter what we needed or wanted Erica went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable in our home purchase. She was more than a realtor selling us a house; she was a total professional helping us find the right home for us.

It was a pleasure working with Erica. Any time that I needed her, she was there. She is very knowledgeable about everything from fha mortgages to questions about homes. If there was anything she needed to check on, she would let me know asap. I work 12-13hr shifts, which was no problem with Erica. She really goes above and beyond.

Erica Davies is absolutely amazing as a realtor and as a person. She is extremely knowledgeable and 100% professional. When Erica says she has you covered, I can promise you that she has you covered. Erica goes above and beyond to make sure that the process flows as smoothly as possible and she educates you on the way and with making hard decisions. Overall, I would highly recommend Erica Davies for any of your buying or selling needs.

Erica and her team are true professionals! She is extremely knowledgeable and understands the market very well. Erica helped us both purchase & sell our home. She walked us through every step and made sure no questions were unanswered. Erica is a family oriented person and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to every person in Mobile and Baldwin county. Thank you Erica and team!

We had an amazing experience with Erica - she is diligent, hard-working, and available. She has a large network of professionals to call on when you need a quote. We needed a roof quote, a foundation inspection, and a termite inspection, and she had names and numbers immediately. She had great ideas to help us secure our offer on the home - our offer price was identical to two others, but we won because of other contingencies she suggested. No doubt we got our house because of her hard work and great ideas. We will never use another Realtor - she has won our business for life.

Erica Davies knows the real estate market for her area very well. She came to every meeting prepared with printouts, comparable properties, and a knowledge of other homes in our neighborhood that were also on the market. She guided us in preparing our home for sale, lined up photos and made sure we listed for a fair but competitive price. She also gave great advice throughout the process and helped manage our listing for us since we had already left the area. She arranged cleaning, lawn care and even a small job that needed to be done before closing. I highly recommend her for your real estate needs in the Mobile area.

My wife and I did recommend a couple to use bellator because Erica did such a good job breaking down the process and making it as manageable as possible. Very professional and willing to help anyway they could.

Erica is amazing! Helped us as first time home buyers buy and sell our first home! We were new to the area and she did so much to educate and help up find the perfect area and home for us. Selling was also such an easy process, and we were very informed and involved in everything along the way. Would highly recommend Erica and her team!!

Erica was awesome! She was very knowledgeable and did a great job in the advertising and sale of my home. She was always available to answer questions and kept me updated throughout the process. I will definitely use her again!
