I have worked with Eric when buying a condo, and later when selling it. Eric is a very professional and competent realtor. Both occasions were hassle free. Eric went above and beyond in selling my place. I had already relocated to a different province, Eric helped with minor repairs and also ensuring the condo was safe in my absence (checking on it frequently to ensure no water leaking etc). Eric has a wonderful personality and I enjoyed spending time with him. He's funny, interesting and has good conversation. I loved working with Eric.
