I'll begin by saying... Everyone needs Eric in their life! As luck would have it, Eric was the listing Realtor on a property I wanted to view, and was able to arrange a last minute Friday evening viewing for me. This led to an even later phone call with Eric, who then spent the duration of his Friday evening preparing my offer. The next morning Eric had a professional photographer at my (then current home) for pictures/video, and had it listed for sale by midday... that was just the beginning! ...Turns out there were now a string of sellers and buyers in this adventure, with time sensitive details and deadlines for each... not to mention the nerves and anticipation that go with that! Through it all Eric was patient and professional, extremely knowledgeable and detailed in his communication, kept me fully informed and updated throughout the process.. and Eric definitely went above and beyond to resolve a few hiccups!!
