As first time buyers Enrique was the ideal realtor for us--very knowledgeable and attentive and truly did not seem bothered by our many, many questions. Throughout the process Enrique's experience made sure our interests would be protected and that we took into account factors that we hadn't considered when selecting properties (HOA fees, etc). We had very busy schedules and not the deepest pockets for bidding wars but Enrique made sure our buy offers were in order and as enticing as they possibly could be to the selling parties in today competitive market. He was responsive and pleasant to work with, I never felt like he steered us wrong or was too busy for us. Enrique is the best! My family and I were in a tight situation where our landlord sold the home we were renting and the new owner wanted us out. So our journey in search of a new home started in November 2020. Initially I started working with a real estate agent that was not so experienced so s/he would show us about 1 property per week. After 2 and a half months working with said agent, I realized that in order to find a home quickly in this hot market I needed someone with experience. My wife commented about our situation to a coworker and she recommended Enrique. I contacted Enrique at the end of January and by the middle of February we were in escrow. It took a little over a month and a half but we finally closed on a home that we love. Enrique is polite, professional and very skilled at his job.
