Emily was just amazing working with us and finding our dream "next chapter in life" home! She is an expert in all things NH and especially the Wolfboro/Tuftonboro community. She was able to answer all of our questions, she guided us through the negotiating process, and got the job done. She made it known from the start that she was available to us whenever, and that no question was too small. I absolutely would recommend Emily again and again!
There’s nothing bette than having an agent like Emily Hastings who went “all out” to help us through the stress of selling a home, not only offering helpful advice but stepping in voluntarily to assist.
I am so grateful for her support and would recommend Emily with no hesitation to anyone looking for a caring agent, whether seller or buyer!
I first met Emily when I was interested in buying a farm. I was impressed with the time Emily spent getting to know me and learning what I was looking for. As it turned out, I decided that was not the right path, and a year later, I decided to move to the West Coast. Emily easily stepped in to assist with selling my home and worked through the staging and all the documents required for the sale. She was there with kind and knowledgeable support through the whole process.
Emily made the experience as smooth as possible from start to finish. Knowing I could reach out to her at any time to ask questions really helped me feel good about the process.
Emily was amazing to work with. She was extremely responsive and flexible. Because of this we were able to be the first showing and offer of the house we bought! She also was helpful with negotiations and strategy making our offer as competitive as possible. I highly recommend Emily!
Emily was easy to communicate with and always available to help! She is an asset to your business and extremely knowledgeable and professional! She made finding and buying our new home reality! She is a joy to work with and truly cares about her clients!!!!!
