Through all of the change I've made in this deal, I would have understood if Mrs. Chivers just given up on me and this deal but she hung in there and still adapted to all of the changes and adjustments I needed to make this a smooth (as can be) process. Thus far I've used Mrs. Chivers on 3 major contractual deals and all 3 were very successful. I'll definitely be calling her in the near and far future for additional deals.
