Excellent service

Our agent, Ms Chivers, was reachable and proactive throughout the enitre process. We were given great information and priced our house well. We were able to get an amazing offer within 24 hours and everything else was taken care of by our agent Would recommend our agent to anyone

Through all of the change I've made in this deal, I would have understood if Mrs. Chivers just given up on me and this deal but she hung in there and still adapted to all of the changes and adjustments I needed to make this a smooth (as can be) process. Thus far I've used Mrs. Chivers on 3 major contractual deals and all 3 were very successful. I'll definitely be calling her in the near and far future for additional deals.

Mrs. Chivers was extremely professional and helpful. We were glad to have her for our salesperson.

Thank you very much with the sale of my home. You were very communicative and supportive throughout the whole ordeal.

I'VE BOUGHT 3 INVESTMENT PROPERTIES IN THE LAST YEAR WORKING WITH SALES ASSOCIATE MRS. STARLA STALLINGS. I MUST SAY I'VE BEEN VERY IMPRESSED WITH HER PROFESSIONALISM AND KNOWLEDGE. MY INVESTMENT TEAM HERE AT HEAVENLY INVESTMENT PROPERTIES ARE PLANNING TO PURCHASE 15 MORE PROPERTIES IN THE NEXT 2 YEARS. MRS. STALLINGS WILL BE OUR FIRST AND ONLY CALL WHEN WE'RE READY TO PURCHASE AGAIN. THANKS AGAIN FROM OUR ENTIRE STAFF FOR ALL YOU'VE DONE.

Elmyria Chivers and her team worked so diligently to make the sale of our house and the purchase of our new home as smooth as possible. Although there were challenges, Elmyria addressed them head on and kept us abreast of what was happening all along the way. I would recommend Elmyria to anyone looking to buy or sell in the CSRA.

Mrs. Chivers was excellent throughout the process and was always available with any questions!

Elmyria Chivers was an excellent realtor! She was very patient and always made every effort to be fair in her dealings with the sellers and myself. I have only the best admiration for her and will recommend her services to any and all persons I may be familiar with. She definitely is one of Meybohm's seasoned Stars.
