Ellie was a phenomenal asset to our first time home buying process. Coming into a difficult housing market at a time where the seller held all the power, Ellie had a gameplan that helped us feel truly competitive. What resulted was our finding the perfect house in a much better than expected timeframe and she is owed all of the credit. Her patience, persistence, and willingness to put forth full effort until the job was done cannot be overstated and we have the perfect house to call a home to show for it!

She went as far as to go clean and check out a few things in our house when we were not available to help us with inspection negotiations. Coming from out of state I had no connections to a realtor in the area so I consider ourselves very lucky to have found Ellie.
