Ellen was such a patient and detailed-oriented agent. She really helped us pick the house of our dreams and helped us with remaining aware of things we should look out for when buying a house. We are first-time home owners, and Ellen made this process seamless, despite looking for a house during a global pandemic. She always provided great communication and was always available to talk.
