Beyond the realtor basics, she used her excellent network of contacts and design sense to help us make the home even more marketable, resolve issues as they arose, and liaise with everyone in between, saving us hours upon hours of time and worry. She always made sure we got the best value for the money we invested into the house, and took all the stress on her own shoulders. We were also first time home sellers, so she took the time to counsel us through the process and got us through (almost) unscathed. Selling a house is stressful, and at the end of this path, we feel like we sold a house and gained a great friend! I really can't say enough about the excellent experience we had working with Elizabeth. We would hire her again in a heartbeat, and certainly will if we ever move back to the state!
