My family and I were looking to make the jump to owning a property but we're reluctant due to prices and areas we'd be able to afford. Elaine did research and looked at areas that fit our budget and we're good for a family of 2 young children. The amount of houses we found available and that fit our needs and desires was amazing. We would never have found them on our own. She accompanied usb to these houses and gave us her thoughts as well which is rare I think. She didn't force us into a purchase and clearly wasn't in it for the higher sale price. She genuinely wanted us to find a house we loved with a budget of what we felt comfortable with. After closing on our house in under 20 days and having all the minor repairs fixed (there were no major repairs) we realize how lucky we were to have a realtor as professional, caring and respectful as Elaine. We are truly blessed to have found her and would recommend her to anyone that says they are looking into buying.
