Efrem is good natured and so courteous. He knows his job and always treats us respectfully, showing up on time, communicating well and answering questions quickly. Efrem does not pressure in any way but instead is a vessel of knowledge and allows us to make informed decisions. We are very grateful for his expertise while finding our new home, which we love.
