Efrem was an absolute pleasure to work with when my husband and I were purchasing a second home. We were not in the area, so he communicated with us by phone, texts, and email. He was very prompt with anything we needed in all aspects of this sale. He helped us by suggesting a great home inspector and closing attorney. He was even there after the closing to make sure we received the needed items that we didn't get at closing. Efrem is the best realtor we have ever worked with over the years. He is a true professional. He make our transaction go smoothly from beginning to the end.
