Ed Cole was the consummate professional and great to work with on selling my late father's home. Dependable, patient, understanding are perfect words to describe Ed. Highly recommend Ed and his firm.

Ed Cole has done a fantastic job of representing me for years. I live in a different state - but I would consider buying more real estate in Florida just for the opportunity to work with Ed again! He understands the needs of both buyers and sellers and all of my transactions have been smooth. If you are a first-time buyer or a seasoned investor - I highly recommend Ed! Scott Pinson

It is seldom that I wish I could provide more than 5 Stars for a Rating! 'EXCELLENT' doesn't begin to describe Ed. Ed is Knowledgeable and Professional, while still being HONEST, Practical, Sincere and Caring. These [unfortunately] are very rare traits [these days]. Ed provided us with information (important [potentially costly] information) that had NEVER been mentioned by other Agents. Ed is every bit as important in acquiring the Home, Business, or Property (often affecting Lifestyle), as a competent Dr Dentist, Accountant or Tax Professional. I have been a Building Contractor and Vacation Property owner/Manager in Florida for over 20 years. Ed may be one of the newer additions to my Professional Associates; however, I am thrilled to provide my Strongest Reference for him.

Ed was very accommodating, always available for showings and willing to provide suggestions when we needed advice.

Ed, Did an outstanding job for us, and truly went above and beyond to help us with our corporate relocation. He was patient, he understood the local market, he consistently researched the homes in advance of our viewings and definitely stood out in comparison with other realtors. My family was lucky to have him help us during a stressful move to a new city and would highly recommend Ed and his team as your realtor. Happy to offer additional references. Mr. Cole is an experienced and honest realtor. Bill and I are impressed with his attention to detail and ready to help in any aspect of buying our Florida dream home. Ed's knowledge and willingness to help made our experience a pleasure from our first call to him stating how interested we were with the home on Chevy Chase Drive. He really helped us with everything and we really needed to have someone who could trust because we're from PA. Reaching out and trusting Mr. Cole was one of the best decision we made.
