Dylan & Co. helped me navigate through the deal to the finish line. He had some good carpenter referrals to help me knock out some punch list items that were annoying, and I didn't really have to deal with it. Realtors earn their money during the inspection process & keeping the buyer's on the hook. They can know how to navigate this or not have a clue what to do. Dylan was able to take the burden off me so I basically didn't have to deal with much, and I appreciated that greatly. #teamdylan
