I’ve known Ryan since I was in middle school. He is truly one of the most upstanding, honest true to his core people I’ve ever known. I trusted him explicitly during the entire process from start to finish of finding and buying my new home. He’s patient, educates you as your touring the home and his attention to detail and follow up are impeccable. So if you’re looking for a phenomenal Realtor… Seriously, you should look no further. First and foremost, Carolina One is a must but the absolute choice…..Ryan Wilks is your guy!

Ryan was incredibly patient and helpful for my first home buying experience! Couldn’t have done it without him!

Ryan is a great realtor, Any question he could answer. Worked through any problems and got whatever needed done, Will be using him again when I need.

Ryan worked with me to sell my Uncle's home. It was a very difficult time as my Uncle had recently passed away and I was handling his estate from another state. Ryan went over and above to help me arrange and supervise some needed repairs. He arranged for additional services that were needed to spruce the place up before going on the market. He also kept a close eye on the property after I returned home which was such a comfort to me. Ryan was very professional and thoughtful though out the process. He kept me apprised of how the showings on the property were going and made the process very seamless from my end. I could not have asked for a better experience than I got from Ryan!!

Ryan Wilks is by far one of the most talented, genuine, helpful, and sincere business professionals I have ever encountered. We moved to the Lowcountry of South Carolina and initially stayed in a rental home. Ryan helped us in our rental search and about nine months later he continued to assist us in our search for a home to purchase. His knowledge of the area and the market was amazing. As we looked at homes, he provided a transparent assessment and unbiased feedback on each property. We soon found a wonderful home and he then walked with us through securing a lender and an attorney for closing. We also needed some assistance with the move and, once again, Ryan graciously offered his assistance by connecting us with a great local moving company. After some time passed, my husband's job required another relocation. We reached out to Ryan and he helped us through all aspects of the sale of that home as well. At every turn, Ryan and the folks at Carolina One never disappointed and far exceeded our expectations. We could not more highly recommend Ryan for any of your real estate needs!

Outstanding care and service on a case by case basis. Truly cares for the homebuyer, works through any questions and hardships to make sure you are truly happy with your new home. Will use time and time again.
