Doug went above and beyond the call of any normal real estate person as in my case it was an estate sale and the administrator of the estate lived far away and it was pulling teeth to get many things accomplished dealing with the issues of an estate.

Doug Hallock is incredible at his job and as a person. I have never seen a realtor work so hard to make a client happy. As a first time buyer I was unaware of so much, thankfully I was lucky enough to have Doug and his partner Jessica to guide me through the complex and confusing maze of buying my first property. Doug literally rolled up his sleeves and put on work gloves and helped with getting the house ready for sale. Jessica made it so pretty on the inside by staging sharing and so many other things. Doug did not stop there he went out of his way so many times to make sure I got a good price so I could get my new place. Doug and Jessica did all this during the while navigating the sad and difficult time of the passing of my mother. Doug and Jessica were so trustworthy and honest with everything Windermere should be honored to have such good people. Working with Doug & Jessica was great. We've already submitted a couple reviews. Which brings up a point regarding reviews. About 20 years ago a guy named Jay Abraham, who would charge $20,000 a head to attend his seminars and who consulted with a who's who list of corporations, started recommending that businesses ask for reviews as a way to make clients feel as though they were being heard. Now it has as much to do with SEO rankings as anything. As it's come to be, you can't buy a Subway sandwich w/o being asked for a rating.

Doug helped us buy our two homes 7 years ago and sell them over the last month. We are very appreciative of his beyond the call of duty efforts including multiple trips down the peninsula to meet with service people after we left the area. Beyond that, along with his partner Jessica, they put a lot of effort into staging both houses and in negotiating the closes with other agents.

Mr. Hallock is a determined real estate agent who worked to Short Sell my home this past year. The process took 14 months, mainly because Navy Federal Credit Union, the mortgage holder; obstructed, made many mistakes and made no effort to aid the process. Through that time Doug doggedly worked with potential buyers, buyers realtors, NFCU and Bank of America to solve problems, deal with reluctant governmental agencies and finally got the house sold. He always kept me informed of good or bad news, suggested ways to solve the problems and then worked very hard to get them solved quickly. He is the best realtor I've ever worked with and he is also a Navy Veteran. I recommend him very highly.
