This agent was excellent. She helped me with staging my condo - checklist and timeline of what to do prior to putting it on the market and then once the offer was made and we were nearing the end ~ had excellent follow thru with reminders/checklist of what needed to be done. (i.e. turning off utilities, insurance, forwarding mail etc, - which some of the extras are easy to forget when trying to move) My condo sold ABOVE asking price and had the highest sale price of any condo in my complex in years!! Easy transaction and had a contract within days of being on the market (even though there were 4 other condos listed at lower prices) Closed quickly and everything from the listing, appraisal to closing was great! It was about as close to perfect and easy as you can have when selling/listing a property! Highly recommend to anyone selling or buying a home/condo. Great communication, helpful in every stage of the process and was able to sale my condo quickly and over the asking price! Excellent ~ from helping with the staging, to listing the property, negotiations, inspections, closing dates and actual closing was great. Excellent communication from start to finish.
