I am more than happy to recommend Donna Wisniewski as a realtor. She was the listing agent for my brother's property. A very stressful time, Donna was always calming and conveyed understanding. Her communication was very clear addressing any and all concerns in a very timely manner. Donna's real estate knowledge base is vast! She educated and guided me through the whole process such that I had a better understanding to make well-informed decisions from the initial listing all the way though final sale. She was also of great assistance when I was out of town during a portion of the contract negotiations! I would highly recommend Donna and would not hesitate to work with her again!!!

Donna Wisniewski was our agent of choice when we decided to sell our property. She has gone over and beyond as we were presented with many last minute issues with repairs that were the responsibility of our HOA. WIthout her concern and background knowledge we could not have received the cooperation from the Board of Directors to expedite these repairs, reduce the costs for us as the owners, and in good faith pass on a sound investment to the new owners. She worked hard and diligently and saved us from delaying the sale. Donna made herself available for every inquiry and not once did we feel like we were overbearing or intrusive (and we had a lot of questions). Donna, you are a true gem!

Donna helped us list and sell a family home. In today's conditions we were not sure of the outcome but with Donna's help we were able to secure multiple offers and a contract in less than 60 days.

I just wanted to say thank you to Donna Wisniewski, she stepped in just when I needed her, she was easy to work with, answer all my questions, explained selling process in detail, she was amazing. I would highly recommend her, and I look forward to working with her again in the future.

Donna Wisniewski, with Long and Foster helped us negotiate the purchase of a property in Queenstown, MD. We are not from the area and she was extremely helpful and diligent in explaining every step in the process to buy the house. Donna is kind and friendly. She patiently answered any questions we had and gave us reminders when necessary. Buying a house can be a stressful experience. Donna's attention to detail and follow through allowed us to proceed with confidence to settlement. Thank you so much Donna!

Donna Wisniewski has earned our highest recommendation. The townhouse needed to the entire interior painted, Kitchen cabinets painted and new countertops. She recommended an excellent contracter who did great work at a fair price. Her council on color schemes and new carpet great as well. recommended a top shelf electrician and handled many logistical issues. We live in Pittsburgh, so I do not know how this would have worked without her handling so many details. Donna knows her market, and I felt that her council on pricing was excellent. I would be happy to be used as a reference for her. She earned it! Keith Shader

Donna was great to work with. She is very knowledgable and was on top of everything. We would highly recommend her as a realtor and we have made a new friend in the process.

We selected Donna as our real estate agent because of her years of experience and her reputation. My wife, now retired, was also in the business and knew Donna as a friend and as a highly respected professional. I wanted to make sure the sale of our house went through without any problems or issues and I knew I could count on Donna to get the job done--and she did!
