As a first time homeowner, Donna was incredible! Walked me through everything and went above and beyond to ensure things went smoothly and closed without a glitch!
Thank you Donna/Carolina One! Xo
Both my wife and appreciated Donna's patience and understanding as we went through our search for the RIGHT house for our needs. We think we found it and are thankful for Donna's help.
Donna Seward is simply amazing. We were looking to purchase a home in Daniel Island while living in Missouri. I only had 2 days to fly into South Carolina to look at homes and make a decision. Donna very carefully considered our criteria and found us a perfect home!! She also was willing to help us handle all of the typical home purchase issues while we remained at our home in Missouri. We could not be happier with our new home and could not have done this without her!
Donna Seward is an amazing real estate agent who quickly identified listings that met my criteria which enabled me to find my dream home. she was instrumental in providing all the necessary information I needed to make the correct decision. she stayed on top of it from the beginning to the end and made the entire process streamlined and efficient. I would highly recommend her to anyone I know!
Donna Steward has assisted me in buying and selling two homes on Daniel Island,SC
She is very knowledgeable of the entire Charleston area and can circumvent her way through a contract and has save me thousands of dollars in doing so.
She remains calm and in full control in every situation. Im told she is highly regarded in her field.
I will continue to ask for her assistance in my future endeavors.
