Donna Merriman is an exceptional person as well as a realtor and I'm glad someone recommended her. You could tell immediately she's genuine, friendly, open and interested in your best outcome. She made a difficult decision easier and walks you through the process and always available to answer any questions. Couldn't be more pleased. Just a suggestion (not realtor related) would be helpful to the homeowner if the company could have contacts available to assist with small realtor suggested items in order to get property listed faster. I had delays due to finding someone to trim bushes and move couple pieces of furniture.
