The lender attempted to proceed without the title modification so as not to delay closing but Donna went above and beyond to ensure that the issue was resolved before closing. Donna also provided great advice on affordable home enhancement ideas during the purchase. I know for a fact that I will always go to Donna for my future real estate needs as long as she remains a real estate agent in Charleston.

Donna has been so wonderful to work with. She went above and beyond . . . and has continued to do so even after the closing.
