Don Wenzel was an excellent choice as a realtor for us. With his knowledge of the area and his ability to interpret our wants and needs we had a wonderful experience searching for a home. Don is very professional and detailed oriented which was invaluable in maneuvering the bidding and closing process. We would strongly recommend Don to anyone looking for a home.
We were looking to move to Newtown from the Lehigh Valley and Don was highly recommended to us from our neighbor, who is also a Coldwell Banker realtor. Don made the entire process as smooth as possible. He is extremely professional, organized and trustworthy. He was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable about the area and the entire sale and closing process. We had a tremendous amount of confidence with Don handling the steps between the signed contract and close, knowing he had everything under control. We would recommend him to anyone and most definitely work with him again.
