Don does an excellent job. He helped us find our dream house with no pressure and always answered our questions promptly. He gave his honest opinion when asked, and worked very hard to find us exactly what we wanted. I would highly recommend him and will recommend him if I hear of anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Such an amazing and trusting realtor! Super helpful with all of our questions and always easy to reach out to. We had issues with our lender and he was fighting for us for months and got us to close on time for our new home! Definitely recommending him to everyone we know!

I recently had the pleasure of working alongside Don Guernsey on a listing that required me to hold Power of Attorney instead of being the Realtor, and I couldn’t have asked for a better partner on the transaction. Don stepped in seamlessly, handled every detail with professionalism, and made the entire process smooth for all parties involved. Thanks to his expertise and proactive approach, we were pending within a week with a full-price cash offer—and even secured a solid backup offer shortly after. His communication, market knowledge, and dedication to the seller’s best interests were exceptional from start to finish. I’m grateful to have Don as a colleague and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, hardworking, and client-focused agent.

Don is cool 👍

Don did a great job selling our house. He sold it in less than 24 hours. He’s honest, caring and was very helpful helping us. I would recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy. Honestly and kindness is hard to find these days and Don is both

Quick and seamless! We gave guidelines for what we wanted in a home, and we found a perfect match within our budget so quickly, I was surprised buying a house could be this easy! It all took no more than 4-6 weeks, and we couldn't be happier working with the House Hound!
