Dominic is a highly professional, conscientious and thoughtful broker. He made sure to explain every detail along the way, acting as a true guide throughout the process while asking the right questions. Most importantly, Dominic possesses a strong sensitivity to the complexity of the market and its demands.
Dominic was knowledgeable, informative and very personable. He guided us step-by-step through the process of purchasing a co-op long distance. One of Dominic's strong points was the fact that he was always readily available and returned phone calls in a very timely manner. Dominic was patient with our many questions and concerns. It certainly was a pleasure to deal with him and to get to know him.
Dominic was truly exceptional, helpful, supportive, resourceful and patient. He worked around my schedule, was punctual, professional and a great communicator. He responded politely and intelligently to each of my many, many questions and kept me completely calm throughout the entire process. He truly went above and beyond. I absolutely loved working with him.
I have met with dozens of agents from different RE companies over the past couple of years, looking for a space for my cafe.Dominic is, by far, the most caring, attentive, and professional of them all.I signed the lease for my store almost three months ago and Dominic has been checking in regularly to make sure everything is going well and that I'm still happy with the space/management.EXCELLENT!
Dominic was wonderful to work with from start to finish. Open, honest, and went out of his way to meet my needs. One of the rare gems in the real estate industry. He showed me many spaces, and never made me feel rushed. He followed up with me after I signed the lease, simply to say hello and make sure I was happy. I don't know anybody else who would do that. I would use him again in a heartbeat.
Dominic is a very special broker. He is not only an outstanding pro, he is also a determined, dedicated, energetic individual who enjoys his business and works endlessly until he fulfills his commitment. He found great tenants for the cooperative’s two retail spaces within five months. I very much enjoyed working with Dominic and highly recommend him to anyone looking for an outstanding broker.
