Diogo is very honest and persistent. He will show you the real estate trends as they happen and adjust the price accordingly. Even through the struggles of the housing market, he didn't give up and held open houses every weekend, twice a weekend if we let him. He put up with my constant requests for viewer data of our listing popularity and probably talked to me some nights more than his wife. He took us to many homes and he was thorough with the asking price vs value in relation to the rest of the market. He would not allow us to significantly over pay just to get a house we thought we wanted - there would always be another one. This was hard to see and accept through the process but it worked out exactly how he said it would. The house we have ended up in, we purchased for exactly what we were comfortable paying. While we have purchased our forever home, if our situation changed I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.
