This was actually our second experience with Dianne--she helped us a couple of years ago to find a rental that we really loved. We had such a great experience with her then, that we did not even consider another realtor. We wanted Dianne! Our experience with Dianne when buying our first home was just as great. She really helped us to understand what the market was like in our area and what our best options would be. Dianne was excellent throughout the whole entire process of finding an apartment in Arlington, VA. I had a challenging situation as I only had one day to find an apartment- and Dianne delivered. Dianne stayed with me throughout the day and the following weeks- from the first apartment search to the final walk through at the end, Dianne was there through it all to help answer any questions. She even helped me apply for the apartment and was a resource throughout the process. I felt like I made a new friend which helped put me at ease as moving across the country is super stressful. Dianne did a wonderful job finding a rental tenant for a house that I had just purchased in North Arlington. She is extremely enthusiastic, hardworking, and very pleasant and easy to work with. She provided good advise based on strong knowledge of the local market. In a fairly short time, we were fortunate to find an excellent tenant for a three year lease! Diane was effective in helping to negotiate the lease terms. She also did a great job in photographing the rental and posting updated photos online quickly after we had finished up minor renovations. I recommend her enthusiastically!
